Social Media Strategist & Content Creator

We’re hiring: Social Media Strategist (Ahmedabad | Remote | Full-Time)

At Gen C Media, we’re looking for someone who understands content beyond aesthetics — someone who knows how content performs.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone early in their career but serious about building in content, social media, and the creator ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ideating content for Instagram & LinkedIn
• Researching trends, formats, and competitor strategies
• Creating structured monthly content calendars
• Writing Reels scripts, hooks, captions, and ad copies
• Assisting during shoots (angles, storytelling, execution)
• Collaborating with designers to align content + visuals
• Creating and managing content for the agency’s own page
• Being comfortable appearing on camera when required

Who this is for:

• 0–2 years of experience in content / social media
• Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing
• Someone who can think, not just execute instructions
• Good writing skills in English (non-generic, sharp communication)
• Comfortable with ideation, scripting, and content planning
• Willing to be on camera and represent the brand
• Based in Ahmedabad (mandatory)

• Full-time role (not freelance / not part-time)
• Remote working, but strictly Ahmedabad-based candidates only
• This is not for “exploring social media” — we’re looking for people who already create and understand content
