Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality automated tests
- Explore innovative technologies to support continuous improvement
- Sustain quality by demonstrating ownership in your work
- Learn how Gamification can engage employees and ideate test coverage use cases
- Regularly collaborate in person at the Toronto office
Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
- Able to commit to a 12‑month Co‑op Program
- Show passion within school and/or personal projects
- Self‑motivated, pro‑active, dynamic team player with a positive attitude that enjoys collaborating with others
- Willingness to learn and pick up new technologies
- Solid communication skills
- Experience with software engineering in Java (or similar OOP languages)
- Understands that QA is an integral part of development, not an activity at the end of the process

Compensation
This role has a market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance‑based bonus opportunities.
