Sr Finance Support

JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is currently looking for a Senior Finance resource to provide interim support within a high-volume, multi-entity environment. This role is designed to supplement senior leadership capacity, with a primary focus on payroll oversight and review, as well as providing escalation support across accounts payable and accounts receivable. The individual will work closely with the Controller to help stabilize operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and bring experienced judgment to more complex or sensitive matters, while also contributing hands-on across key finance functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting operations Strong background supporting both payroll and finance functions Proven ability to review and guide journal entries and financial transactions Experience operating in multi-entity or complex environments NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Leadership experience overseeing small teams (~5 people) Experience in unionized environments Familiarity with D365, GP, and payroll systems (ADP preferred) Bilingual capabilities
