Job Description
The Sr.Manager - HR & Admin will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development. He will ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage Talent Acquisition – Hiring the right talent as per business needs.
- Talent Management through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Manage full cycle of HR end to end activities
- Manage Learning and Development of Employees
- Oversee and manage PMS (Performance Appraisal System) across the organization.
- Manage Total Rewards program (Compensation + Recognition + Reward)
- Handle Employee Relations and Grievances.
- Handle Statutory Compliance legal cases related to HR
- Manage Admin and Welfare related activities.
Qualifications and Experience
· Minimum 15 yrs of experience as Sr.Manager HR and Admin
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as Sr.Manager HR in Manufacturing or Garment Industry
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
