Job Description
We are looking for Sr. Reporting & Insights Specialist to play a critical role in building and supporting the development of business intelligence tools that will produce high-quality people insights, innovative analysis, and data solutions in HCM domain to enhance key Business stakeholders' data literacy and analytics capabilities to support decision making for our client.This role is expected to manage/support projects/programs in support of key large projects and provide ad-hoc projects support across the wider team as well as the production of cross-functional dashboards and/or reports when appropriate. Technical SkillsAdvance knowledge in Workday HCM reporting and visualization tools (ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to workforce metrics)Strong understanding of data structures and reporting within HR domain.Ability to leverage Workday/Service Now Community for innovative ideas and best practices.Knowledge of industry best practices adopted by other customersStrong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information from different sources with attention to detail and accuracy From Workday perspective the candidate should beProficient in creating Workday Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and Dashboards.Skilled in implementing report security, including:Defining field visibility for specific security groups.Managing report sharing and securable items (Fields, Calculated Fields).Familiarity with Workday Prism (nice to have).
