Accounts Payable

Entering of invoices into Reeco

Sending invoices to all department heads for them to process invoices into Reeco

Vendor management

Calling for statements and invoices from vendors

Reconciliation of invoice discrepancies

Month End

Assisting Controller with month end close

Preparing accruals for Controller to enter into M3

Cash Management

Management of hotel safe

Reconciliation of all house banks for month end

Management of house banks

Qualifications/Skills

High school graduate

Ability to provide legible communication; compute mathematical calculations
