Role Description
The Store Manager role at Sally Beauty is a full-time, on-site position based in North Atlanta, GA. The Store Manager is responsible for leading daily store operations, including supervising team members, overseeing merchandising, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment. This role manages sales performance, drives customer satisfaction through excellent service, and implements retail loss prevention practices to protect company assets.
The Store Manager will handle scheduling, training and coaching staff, monitoring inventory levels, and executing promotions and visual displays aligned with company guidelines. The position also involves analyzing store metrics, addressing customer concerns, and collaborating with district leadership to meet and exceed sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create positive in-store experiences and build customer loyalty.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities to lead teams, provide clear direction, and interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Store Management experience, including overseeing daily operations, staffing, merchandising, and performance management.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to implement security measures, minimize shrink, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior retail or beauty industry experience, basic proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory systems, proven leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
