Store Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail store. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing high-performing teams.

We're looking for someone with experience in a premium, product-focused retail environment, such as jewellery, watches, beauty, fragrance or a department store. This role would suit a hands-on manager who leads by example, enjoys coaching and motivating people, and has a strong focus on sales performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive store performance, achieving sales targets and key commercial KPIs.
• Coach and support both full-time and part-time team members through regular feedback and development.
• Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation and store operations.
• Manage day-to-day store performance, staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Build a positive, customer-focused culture within the store.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Retail Manager.
• Experience within a premium, product-focused retail environment such as jewellery, watches, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics or a department store would be highly advantageous.
• A proven track record of leading, coaching and developing successful retail teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering sales targets and KPIs.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations, policies and procedures.
