OverviewWe are looking for a professional with strong expertise in strategy development and public policy, particularly within the urban and infrastructure sector. The role involves supporting government stakeholders in drafting policies, frameworks, and institutional strengthening initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork on urban sector projects with Central Government, State Government, and PSUsSupport development of policy frameworks, guidelines, and strategic documentsAssist in research, analysis, and benchmarking for policy formulationContribute to program design, implementation strategies, and impact assessmentsWork within or alongside Program Management Units (PMUs) for policy executionCoordinate with government stakeholders for consultations, workshops, and reportingPrepare high-quality reports, presentations, and policy notes
Required QualificationsMBA / PGDM / MTA / MPP / M.Tech / M.Plan / M.E or equivalent Master's degree
Experience & ExpertiseExperience working on urban projects with Government/PSUsHands-on experience in policy drafting, frameworks, or guideline developmentExposure to public policy, governance, or institutional strengthening initiativesExperience working in or with a Program Management Unit (PMU)Understanding of urban development policies and regulatory landscape
Key SkillsPolicy research and analysisStrategic thinking and framework developmentStrong documentation and report writing skillsStakeholder management and communicationAbility to work in multi-stakeholder, government environments
