Job Description
Take the lead at ATS as a Service Support Specialist Supervisor, guiding a team of Field Service Representatives in automation operations. Enhance customer loyalty through effective issues resolution. This role combines technical expertise with leadership as you manage Field Service Representatives, focusing on improving team performance in a customer-centric environment.
You will collaborate with engineering units, ensuring safety compliance while fostering an atmosphere of continuous improvement and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: • Manage workflow and administration of the team members • Assist in planning and controlling budgets with the Technical Service Manager • Conduct regular safety assessments and training • Facilitate team reviews and development initiatives • Oversee project involvement and customer communication Requirements: • Post-secondary education in relevant technical fields • At least four years in an automation control setting • Extensive experience with PLC programming and HMI applications • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate • Engage actively in health and safety compliance initiatives Lead a dedicated service team at ATS, focusing on automation solutions while promoting a culture of safety and accountability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
