About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all staff positions across multiple office locations. This role partners with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can successfully manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and possesses strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Create and post job positions across multiple recruiting platforms.
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate the pre-employment and onboarding process with Human Resources.
Maintain accurate candidate records.
Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and recruitment pipeline reports.
Attend recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities as needed.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and equal employment opportunity requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
Utilize recruiting technology, HR systems, and AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
Support general Human Resources functions and initiatives as assigned based on company needs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms preferred.
Ability to quickly build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Strong interviewing, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative with a customer-service mindset.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
