Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process by managing job postings, interview coordination, pre-employment checks, candidate communications, and post-hire logistics while maintaining recruitment data and compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination
- Manage and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Pre-Employment and Offer Management
- Perform pre-employment/pre-offer checks (e.g., sanctions checks, background, drug & alcohol).
- Prepare and issue job offer letters to selected candidates.
- Support the offer and acceptance process, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Recruitment Administration
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and internal databases.
- Creating and updating new hire onboarding materials, checklists, mail merge templates, and standardized communication templates used throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Organize and file candidate data (resumes, assessments, contact details).
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.
- Onboarding Support
- Submit new hire information to the Workforce Admin Team and track onboarding progress.
- I-9 verification and submission
- Conduct in-house onboarding sessions for new employees.
- Stakeholder Communication & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other departments.
- Ensure timely and effective communication regarding recruitment processes and updates.
- Set and manage expectations with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Candidate Experience & Process Improvement
- Design and analyze candidate experience surveys to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a corporate or agency recruiting environment.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, or other large ERP system.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Degree qualifications in HR, Psychology or similar would be a benefit, but not essential.
