The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level sales roles, ensuring high-quality hiring aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (B2B, enterprise, government, and international sales).Handle lateral hiring for mid to senior-level positions across business units.Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategy, and timelines.Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking.Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals.Drive stakeholder management and ensure timely closures of positions.Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency and quality.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree (MBA preferred).8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong focus on sales hiring.Proven experience in lateral hiring for mid and senior-level roles.Strong understanding of sales roles, KPIs, and hiring challenges.Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Preferred SkillsExperience hiring for IT/Cloud/Technology sales roles.Strong network of sales professionals across industries.Experience in handling multiple business verticals simultaneously.Interested candidates may share their updated CV at or connect via WhatsApp:
