Job Overview
Ceres is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to support continued growth across our entities and be a part of a dynamic global Talent Acquisition team. This role leads searches, serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and helps ensure the organization remains ready to meet both routine and crisis-driven workforce demands.
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader and is based in Sarasota, FL, Cameron Park, CA or Houston, Texas and requires working onsite, 5 days per week. Only candidates currently located in or near the area will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategies, and advise on recruitment timelines.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer across all functional areas and all levels of positions.
- Proactively source active and passive talent via LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, niche platforms, and networking
- Conduct phone/video interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, including interview preparation, feedback, and offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure timely tracking of recruiting activities
- Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, etc.)
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and outreach campaigns
- Ensure compliance with hiring laws, policies, and best practices (EEOC, background checks, data privacy)
- Participate in special projects and hiring initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting best practices
- Experience working with ATS platforms and job boards
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance (EEOC, background check regulations, etc.)
- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience supporting high-volume or rapid-response hiring environments

You’ll run full-cycle recruiting, advise hiring leaders, and keep work moving in a fast, operationally-driven environment.
You’ll be successful if you’re the kind of recruiter who can switch gears quickly, keep candidates engaged, and bring structure to hiring managers who may be busy, traveling, or focused on field execution.
