JOB TITLE: TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
LOCATION: Kitchener, ON
SALARY RANGE: $75,-85, (experience dependent)
Please Note: This is an in-office position with occasional travel throughout the GTA.

4. What Will You Do?
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting creation and applicant tracking
- Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms, including internal systems, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and assist with interview coordination
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across operations, sales, technology, customer service, and administrative functions
- Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives
- Prepare monthly recruitment and labour market reports for leadership
- Promote a positive candidate experience and help match top talent to the right opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine hiring strategies and meet evolving business needs

- A college/university degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- A self-starter attitude with creativity in sourcing and meeting deadlines
- Adaptability and a professional approach in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills during both phone and in-person interactions
- Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or consultative selling is considered an asset
