Key Responsibilities:Identify, source, and screen candidates for IT positions using various channels.Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.Build relationships with hiring managers and understand their talent needs.Maintain recruitment databases and generate regular reports.

Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively during night shifts.Willing to work from our Noida office in Sector 135.
