Job Description
We're delighted to be partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing talent acquisition team, supporting fee-earner recruitment across a dedicated practice area while acting as a trusted advisor to partners and senior stakeholders.
This is a firm renowned for developing it's staff and giving them a platform to thrive.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative resourcing team, taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes while contributing to wider talent attraction initiatives, employer branding projects, and strategic growth plans.
Salary: up to £38k
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in office per week
Key duties will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for fee-earning and legal professional roles.
- Working closely with partners and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, providing guidance on market trends and recruitment approaches.
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre legal talent through a variety of sourcing channels, including networking, referrals and direct outreach.
- Coordinating interviews and selection processes, ensuring a positive and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- Managing recruitment activity through internal systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Developing and nurturing talent pools to support future hiring requirements and reduce time-to-hire across critical vacancy areas.
- Building strong relationships with external suppliers where required, monitoring performance and ensuring value is delivered from recruitment partnerships.
- Contributing to wider talent acquisition initiatives, including employer brand activity, process improvement projects, recruitment events and market mapping exercises.
- Producing and analysing recruitment data to identify hiring trends, opportunities for improvement and areas of future focus.
- Collaborating with colleagues across HR and the wider business to support strategic workforce planning and business growth objectives.
You'll bring previous experience managing recruitment campaigns, either from an in-house talent acquisition function or a recruitment consultancy background, along with the confidence to advise and influence stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Experience within legal or wider professional services environments would be beneficial, although not essential.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised and capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You'll be confident utilising a range of sourcing methods to identify and engage talent, and enjoy taking a proactive approach to finding solutions in a competitive market.
