Your key responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and facilitating human resources activities for a specific population. Working closely with other Talent team members, you’ll implement, execute and influence innovative HR programs and processes in line with our Talent agenda, including performance management, compensation and career development. You’ll address and resolve a wide range of employee inquiries and provide guidance to our business leaders.

You’ll also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to staffing, headcount, budgets and compensation to identify trends and make appropriate recommendations.
