Talent ESG Marketing - 94584 Description Key Responsibilities: ● Strategically develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that highlight the company’s strengths in fostering a supportive work environment and its dedication to ESG principles. ● Lead the creation of engaging multimedia content that showcases the company’s innovative HR initiatives and its impactful ESG activities. ● Maintain a strong online presence on relevant social media platforms, enhancing the company’s profile as a top employer and a leader in sustainability. ● Analyze and respond to trends in talent acquisition and ESG reporting, using data to drive visibility and attractiveness to potential employees and stakeholders. ● Collaborate closely with HR and sustainability departments to ensure that messaging is consistent and reflects the company’s values and strategic objectives. ● Organize and participate in key industry events and webinars to boost both employer and ESG brand visibility, ensuring that the company is seen as a thought leader. ● Engage with external partners and agencies to further employer and ESG branding efforts, ensuring external communications align with internal values and strategies. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Human Resources, with a strong understanding of both fields. ● At least 5 years of relevant experience in a marketing role with responsibilities covering both talent marketing and ESG initiatives. ● Demonstrated ability to craft and execute effective multi-channel marketing strategies that engage diverse audiences. ● Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and public relations, particularly within the contexts of HR and sustainability. ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage metrics and insights to optimize campaign performance and strategy alignment. ● Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging with senior stakeholders. ● Proven track record in managing projects that require coordination across multiple departments, ensuring cohesive and effective outcomes.
