Job Description
Role Purpose
Drive sell-out, shopper engagement, promoter excellence, and retail execution across modern trade partners.
Ensure premium visibility, high-quality demonstrations, and strong on-ground conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Execution & Sell-Out
* Achieve and exceed sell-out targets across key modern trade chains.
* Track store-wise performance, competition activity, and drive improvement actions.
* Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistent execution quality.
- Promoter Management
* Lead promoter recruitment, training, daily performance monitoring, and motivation.
* Ensure promoters deliver exceptional shopper engagement, demo quality, and product storytelling.
* Work with agency partners to maintain deployment quality and productivity discipline.
- Visibility & Activation
* Ensure strong merchandising standards - planogram adherence, availability, and premium visibility.
* Plan and execute in-store activations and shopper engagement programs.
- Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Coordinate closely with store teams and internal stakeholders for seamless retail execution.
* Resolve store-level operational issues promptly.
- Performance & Reporting
* Track KPIs including sell-out, demo conversion, and promoter productivity.
* Manage activation budgets with clear ROI.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 3–5 years in modern trade/retail execution (appliances, electronics, consumer durables preferred).
* Strong promoter management and retail operations experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Willingness to travel.
