Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager Hybrid (Remote First- Based in Atlanta, GA) Role We’re looking for an experienced IT / Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of IT projects for a growing healthcare organization based in Atlanta. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely, but you must be local to Atlanta for occasional on-site meetings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple technical workstreams, and enjoys collaborating across IT, data, infrastructure, and clinical systems teams.

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and technical projects, from planning through execution to closure Work closely with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, software development, data, and clinical operations Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics Identify and mitigate risks, track issues, and ensure timelines and budgets are met Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels – technical and non-technical Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with internal standards Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar) to track progress Requirements 8-10+ years of project management experience, ideally in IT or technical environments Experience managing projects in one or more areas: infrastructure, systems migration, application deployment, data integration, etc. Familiarity with healthcare systems, security, compliance, or EHR integrations is a bonus Strong communication and organizational skills – able to keep people aligned and moving forward Self-starter who can work independently in a remote-first setup Nice to Have PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications Experience with HIPAA-regulated environments or healthcare IT Previous work with external vendors or managed services #J-18808-Ljbffr
