Direct exposure to product, architecture, and client decision-making A client is running parallel initiatives with product, operations, and external vendors, but delivery confidence is low due to misaligned timelines and unclear ownership.
We need strong execution leadership that can turn fragmented plans into one accountable roadmap without slowing engineering velocity. You will own execution governance, risk communication, and delivery rhythm across cross-functional teams. Engagement Stack Slack Roadmapping Responsibilities Build and maintain integrated plans across engineering, design, and business workstreams using Jira and Confluence artifacts Drive weekly governance with clear decisions, risks, and dependency resolution supported by evidence-based status reporting Ensure sprint goals map back to milestone and business commitments with disciplined scope control Escalate blockers with options and recommendations, not just status updates, and close the loop with accountable owners Requirements You have led software programs with complex cross-team dependencies and competing stakeholder priorities You can translate technical uncertainty into practical business decisions with clear tradeoffs and timeline impact You maintain strong delivery cadence in high-context-switch environments without losing quality discipline You are trusted by both engineers and executives during critical milestones and escalation moments Nice to have Experience in agency or consultancy client-delivery settings with multiple active engagements Experience rescuing delayed or at-risk digital initiatives through reset planning and tighter execution rhythm Experience with product metrics and KPI dashboards tied to delivery planning decisions Hiring process Intro call with talent team (30 minutes) Practical role interview focused on recent project work (60-90 minutes) Final panel on collaboration, ownership, and client communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
