Technical Project Manager

Overview This role leads and coordinates our internal business and technology workstreams to support the successful implementation of a new grants platform on Salesforce technology. Partnering closely with a Salesforce senior project manager, the role ensures internal teams are aligned, dependencies are actively managed, and commitments are delivered on time across multiple concurrent workstreams. You Will Have At least four years of project leadership experience, including 4,500 hours leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.

Proven experience leading cross-functional business and technology teams to deliver enterprise platforms or systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, collaborative approach. Project management certification (PMI/CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2).

Experience supporting international or globally distributed teams. You Are Good At Leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives across custom-built and platform-based solutions. Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Managing dependencies, critical paths, milestones, and resource constraints in dynamic environments. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and delivery blockers. Adapting to shifting priorities, timelines, and scope while maintaining delivery discipline.

Building strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners. Operating with integrity, accountability, and sustained focus on execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
