Job Description
Location: Uttarpara, Hooghly
CTC: Up to 3 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through outbound and inbound calling for real estate projects
• Convert inquiries into qualified site visit leads
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead status
• Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead handover and closures
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Handle customer queries related to projects, pricing, and availability
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion target
Key Requirements:
• Experience as a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive (real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is an advantage
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred
