As a Tender Procurement Manager, you will oversee the preparation of tenders by managing product procurement and ensuring alignment with regional market prices. Your role entails coordinating with various stakeholders, including the Procurement Platform and Product teams, to optimize tender submissions and achieve procurement objectives. This position demands a strategic mindset to lead market assessments, competitive cost management, and effective risk mitigation plans.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage product reference cost for competitive tenders • Collaborate with teams to align procurement strategies • Lead commitment reviews and sourcing assessments • Facilitate idea generation and risk mitigation meetings • Ensure compliance with tender procurement standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in purchasing or equivalent • Minimum 5 years in project, sourcing, or engineering • Bilingual in French and English • Strong analytical and challenging mindset • Ability to work effectively in matrix environments
