About the RoleThis is a salaried teacher training programme designed for graduates and aspiring teachers who are ready to take their first formal step into the profession while earning and training at the same time.As a graduate trainee in this classroom-based role, you will:Support teaching and learning within a class or multiple classesAssist with SATs preparation, Literacy and Numeracy and both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum delivery and supportDeliver small group interventions in subjects like English and MathematicsSupport assessment, marking, and pupil progress trackingGradually take responsibility for parts of lessons as your confidence growsThis graduate teaching role in North London provides structured classroom experience while completing Grad2Teach's Level 4 qualification (Phase One).
