Seeking experienced Migration & Transition professionals to support the migration of business operations from multiple global locations into the India Global Delivery Hub (GDH).
The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end transition activities, including knowledge transfer, SOP creation, process documentation, readiness tracking, stakeholder management, risk management, hypercare support, and governance activities. The successful candidate will work as an individual contributor and partner closely with global business stakeholders, functional leaders, and receiving teams within India.

Total work experience-Total work experience of 8 years of which 4+ years of experience in transition/migration management (nothing more than 8-9 years of total work experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end migration and transition activities from global locations into the India Global Delivery Hub (GDH), ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and maintain migration plans, readiness trackers, risk logs, and governance reports.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, business teams, and receiving teams to drive successful knowledge transfer (KT) and transition outcomes.
- Facilitate and track KT sessions, shadowing, reverse-shadowing, readiness assessments, and sign-offs.
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and knowledge repositories to support operational transitions.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and operational blockers throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Support governance forums, executive reporting, and readiness reviews while maintaining RAID logs and migration dashboards.
- Drive post-go-live hypercare activities, issue resolution, process stabilization, and successful handover to Business-as-Usual (BAU) teams.
Experience & Skills Required
- 4+ years of experience in Migration, Transition, Transformation, Shared Services, GCC, BPO/KPO, or Global Business Services environments.
- Proven track record in managing process migrations, offshoring, centralization, or operational transitions.
- Hands-on experience in Knowledge Transfer (KT), SOP development, process documentation, governance, and operational readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams and multiple geographies.
- Excellent project management, risk management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Shared Services, Consulting, or Global Capability Centre environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline.
- PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, or Transition Management certifications will be an added advantage.

- Effective completion of KT, documentation, and readiness activities.
- Smooth go-live, hypercare, and transition into BAU operations.
