Treasury Analyst

Job Description
About The Role
Perk’s Treasury Team manages the company’s financial operations, ensuring sufficient liquidity across accounts and currencies. As a Treasury Analyst you own core cash management activities – from monitoring balances and executing short‑term borrowing and investments to managing FX hedging at operational and strategic levels. You’ll be the primary point of contact with banks and stakeholders on KYC requests, online‑banking structure, and bank guarantees.
This role also has a clear process‑improvement mandate: audit existing workflows, lead automation initiatives, and deliver a monthly treasury dashboard that consolidates the most relevant data across cash, FX exposure, forecasting, and KPIs.
What You’ll Do
- Control group liquidity and monitor cash balances to ensure the right amount of money is placed at the right accounts and currencies.
- Execute short‑term borrowing and investments.
- Process operating FX hedging activity to keep FX exposure under control; monitor rates and ensure they match agreed terms.
- Execute the long‑term FX hedging strategy according to the group’s FX risk management policy.
- Manage and control bank guarantees to keep operations running business as usual; liaise with banks to process new requests.
- Act as the main point of contact with banks and other key stakeholders regarding cash management activities (e.g., KYC requests, new bank accounts, online‑banking structure).
- Audit current processes and lead automation/improvement of manual tasks.
- Provide a monthly treasury dashboard containing the most relevant treasury data (e.g., cash available, KPIs, treasury forecast deviations, FX exposures).
- Other ad‑hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of treasury analysis experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and apply advanced analytical skills to provide alternative solutions.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and external clients.
- Excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Advanced MS Excel user.
- Experience with treasury management solutions (e.g., ION Reval).
- Experience supporting multi‑entity, multi‑currency cash management across multiple jurisdictions.
Additional attributes of a Treasury Analyst at Perk
- A collaborative team player with a commercial mindset and a genuine drive to win.
- A global thinker who understands the scale of what Perk is building and wants to be part of making it happen across borders.
- An entrepreneurial self‑starter who takes ownership, moves fast, and treats setbacks as learning opportunities.
- Comfortable with technology and curious about emerging tools – you don’t just use tools, you seek out better ones.
- A continuous improver who actively looks for ways to develop personally and professionally and adapts quickly as business needs evolve.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation and equity ownership.
- Generous vacation days plus public holidays.
- Choice of private healthcare or a gym allowance.
- Life insurance for financial protection.
- Annual summer party and other Perk events.
- Well‑being partner with therapy and coaching sessions.
- Flexible compensation plan.
- 17 weeks paid parental leave during the first year.
- 16 paid hours per year for community volunteering.
- Up to 20 “Work from Anywhere” days per year.
- In‑real‑life English, Spanish, and Catalan lessons.
- Four‑week, fully paid sabbatical after 5 years.
- Relocation support to one of our hubs.
AI Fluency
AI is embedded in how we work across every function. We use AI‑enabled tools to research, prioritise accounts, draft outreach, handle customer interactions, synthesize information, and cut through shadow work so you can focus on relationships and outcomes. We don’t expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious and intentional about it, knowing when AI improves your work and when to rely on your own expertise.
How We Work
We have an IRL‑first approach: the team works together in‑person three days a week. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. For certain roles we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world. English is the official language in the office.
Perk is a global company with a diverse customer base, and we want to make sure the people behind our product reflect that. We’re an equal‑opportunity employer, which means you’re welcome at Perk regardless of how you look, where you’re from, or anything else that makes you, well, you.
