We are hiring for the below role with the leading Real Estate firm.

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through effective pre-sales and post-sales coordination. The candidate should have strong follow-up skills, excellent data management abilities, and good knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre-sales and post-sales coordination activities.
• Maintain and update customer and sales data accurately.
• Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
• Track sales orders and ensure smooth execution until closure.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all sales activities.
• Support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
