US IT Recruiter ( Career Counselor )

Job Descriptions We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Career Counsellor, preferably with 0 -1 year of experience in US staffing or technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying suitable career opportunities for candidates, guiding them throughout the hiring process, and maintaining effective communication. We will provide training on US hiring processes and industry terminology

.Key Responsibilities Connect with potential IT candidates and guide them on suitable career opportunities with our US clientsSource profiles using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databasesReview resumes and conduct preliminary discussions to understand candidates' skills, experience, and job expectationsSupport senior counsellors and account managers in meeting client requirementsCoordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and internal teamsMaintain accurate and updated candidate information in internal systemsLearn and apply basic US hiring concepts such as W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorizationsAchieve daily/weekly sourcing and candidate engagement targets

Required Skills & QualificationsPreferably 0 - 1 year of experience in US staffing, recruitment, or candidate counsellingStrong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWillingness to work in US shiftsBasic knowledge of US hiring terms and work visas (preferred)

Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
