Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UX/UI Designer based in Dehradun. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by integrating user needs, business objectives, and technological feasibility into intuitive and visually engaging interfaces. Responsibilities include designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving user interaction and experience for the company’s applications and platforms.

The candidate will also work on refining the visual design to ensure alignment with the brand identity and usability standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design and Visual Design to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs
• Minimum 3 years experience in the UI/UI designing
• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design, including user research, interaction design, and user journey mapping
• Experience in creating Mockups and Prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively
• Good to have basic knowledge of Front-End Development for effective collaboration with developers
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving skills and focus on user-centered solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare or medical technology design is a plus
