\nThe organization’s Fund and Investor Solutions business is seeking a Vice President, ETF Product to join its team in Dublin.
\nThis is an opportunity to play a key role in developing and enhancing ETF products and services, working across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities ETF Product & Innovation\n- \n
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new ETF products and enhance existing ETF services. \n
- Apply a client-focused and strategic mindset to identify opportunities for product and process innovation. \n
- Develop business cases and supporting analysis to inform investment decisions and product enhancements. \n
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and the ongoing evolution of the ETF offering. \n
- \n
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear system designs and practical solutions. \n
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver complex system enhancements. \n
- Support the analysis, design, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions across the product lifecycle. \n
- Help ensure solutions meet business, operational, and client requirements. \n
- \n
- Partner with Service and Operations Management to analyze workforce deployment, process overlaps, operational gaps, productivity, and efficiency. \n
- Identify gaps in existing measurement frameworks and develop appropriate metrics and methodologies. \n
- Use data and analytical insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. \n
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery. \n
- \n
- Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. \n
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams. \n
- Use delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and maintain effective governance. \n
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, and delivery status clearly to senior stakeholders. \n
The successful candidate will ideally bring:
\n- \n
- Experience in business analysis or systems analysis within a complex enterprise environment. \n
- Exposure to ETF servicing, ETF operations, or broader asset servicing. \n
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:\n
- \n
- Custody \n
- Fund Accounting \n
- Transfer Agency \n
- Derivatives \n
- Asset servicing or related operational functions \n
\n - Experience working within Agile delivery environments. \n
- Familiarity with API integrations, system connectivity, and technology-enabled business processes. \n
- Strong data and analytical capabilities, including:\n
- \n
- Data management and aggregation \n
- Analytical reporting \n
- Data visualization \n
- Development and interpretation of operational metrics \n
\n - Experience with VBA, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint. \n
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools would be advantageous. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams. \n
- Ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and vision to senior stakeholders. \n
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. \n
You'll be a strategic and commercially minded professional who can operate comfortably across product, technology, operations, and data. You'll have the ability to understand complex business requirements, translate them into practical solutions, and drive delivery in a highly regulated financial services environment.
\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of ETF or asset servicing operations and the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
