The organization emphasizes quality, technology, service, and value for money in the competitive market.Role Description The Vice President Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. This role manages financial planning and budgeting processes, ensures accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and oversees financial reporting to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
The Vice President Finance will monitor cash flow, profitability, and working capital, while identifying financial risks and opportunities to improve business performance. Daily responsibilities include leading the finance team, establishing internal controls, collaborating with other departments on cost optimization and investment decisions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws. The role will also contribute to long-term financial strategy, capital allocation, and initiatives that strengthen UMANG BOARDS LIMITED’s growth and competitiveness.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance with proven experience in corporate financial management and strategic financial leadership.Expertise in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.Hands-on experience with Financial Reporting for internal stakeholders, boards, and external regulatory authorities.Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support data-driven business decisions.Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, CFA) are highly beneficial.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing finance teams, building processes, and driving continuous improvement.Knowledge of manufacturing industry finance, cost accounting, and ERP or financial systems is an advantage.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site in Jaipur.
