Technical Sales & Customer Service Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience in Technical Sales, After-Sales Service, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and Warranty Management to support our customers and drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales activities through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and functional audits of products/systems.
• Manage after-sales support, warranty claims, and AMC/service contracts.
• Review technical drawings, installation plans, and product integration requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for project planning, implementation, and system upgrades.
• Deliver technical training to customers, both onsite and online.
• Monitor service performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners/subcontractors as required.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in Technical Sales, Customer Service, After-Sales Support, AMC, and Warranty Management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and site support.

Preferred Industry Experience

Railways, Industrial Equipment, Electrical Systems, Automation, Manufacturing, or Engineering Solutions.
