Vice President – IT Infrastructure, SAP & IT Sales
Reports To: Managing Director
Position Overview
:The Vice President – IT Infrastructure, SAP & IT Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the organization's internal IT infrastructure, leading the SAP practice, and driving business growth through IT and SAP solution sales. The role ensures that the company's technology environment is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives while expanding the organization's market presence through effective sales leadership and customer engagement

IT Infrastructure Leadership (Internal I
- T):Develop and execute the organization's IT infrastructure strategy in alignment with business goa
- ls.Lead the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, end-user computing, cloud platforms, and data cente
- rs.Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security of all enterprise IT syste
- ms.Oversee IT operations, service desk, asset management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planni
- ng.Drive cybersecurity initiatives, governance, risk management, and compliance with applicable standards and regulatio
- ns.Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, software and hardware procurement, and technology lifecycle planni
- ng.Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, virtualization, automation, and digital workplace technologi
- es.Establish IT policies, standards, and operational procedures to support business continuity and operational excellen
ce.
SAP Practice Leaders

- gets.Lead strategic customer engagements, proposal development, contract negotiations, and executive presentat

- rience:20 to 25 years of experience in enterprise IT, SAP consulting, and IT se
- rvices.At least 8–10 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise IT operations and business devel
- opment.Proven experience overseeing corporate IT infrastructure in a medium-to-large organi
- zation.Strong track record in SAP practice management and IT services
