Role Description The Vice President – Luxury Villa Sales & Marketing is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales performance and brand growth for SSC Group’s luxury villa projects. This role oversees the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, including pricing, positioning, lead generation, and conversion activities. The Vice President leads and mentors the sales team, sets targets, monitors KPIs, and ensures effective sales operations and account management practices are in place.
Daily responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with project, finance, and design teams, and representing the brand at customer meetings, events, and industry forums. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and continuous refinement of go-to-market plans to enhance revenue, customer experience, and brand visibility in the luxury real estate segment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management to lead teams, set targets, and achieve revenue goals for luxury villa projects.
- Proficiency in Account Management and Business Development to build long-term relationships, manage key clients, and expand the customer base.
- Experience in Sales Operations to design efficient processes, manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
- Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably in luxury residential or villa projects, with deep understanding of high-net-worth client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close complex deals.
- Strategic marketing mindset with experience in brand positioning, digital campaigns, events, and partnerships within the real estate sector.
- Leadership capabilities to recruit, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility to meet clients, visit project locations, and attend events as needed.
