Responsibility

· Design and create visually pleasing and industry-leading motion graphics for video deliverables (social media creatives and advertisements, occasional corporate videos)

· Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to understand project scope and objectives.

· Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, typography, animation, etc., for graphic design.

· Edit raw video footage, add special effects/elements, and enhance motion design to create visually compelling content.

· Research and analyze best design techniques, emerging trends, and solutions to create standout motion graphics.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to share innovative design perspectives and new creative ideas.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design, motion graphics, and animation trends, techniques, and tools.

· Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines, and high-quality design standards. Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred but not mandatory.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

· Excellent visual design skills,

· Familiarity with special effects, 3D animation, compositing, and VFX is a plus. Personal Attributes: Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of design. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects
