What you will be doing:
Operational Leadership & Strategy
- Developing & implementing NI & MOD operations programs for retention and growth.
- Driving & supporting our culture of safety, compliance & ethics in all actions.
- Contributing to significant bid strategies, contract approvals & complex negotiations to optimize profitable retention & conversions.
- Developing & managing key performance indicators & operations budget.
Team Development
- Building & leading team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to grow capabilities.
- Partnering with branch & operations leadership to build bench strength & succession pipelines.
- Setting clear performance targets and objectives for the team, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback.
Service Excellence
- Analyzing operational data, CRM insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, manage efficient & effective delivery & forecast results.
- Partnering with regional teams to implement operational initiatives that improve performance.
- Using TKE tools, processes and systems to drive transparency, accountability & efficiency.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Providing valuable insights to guide product & service development, pricing, and marketing efforts.
What do you bring:
- Proven senior leadership experience + 10-15 years operational elevator experience.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding safety and operational targets.
- Excellent leadership & team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract, grow & retain team members.
- Team player who can work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Understands various operating jurisdiction codes & requirements to maintain safe operations for elevators & escalators.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage big data for informed decision‑making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Adaptability and agility to navigate a dynamic and competitive market.
- French language, an asset.
- Ability to travel as needed throughout Canada (~25%) and the U.S.
