What you will be doing:

Operational Leadership & Strategy

• Developing & implementing NI & MOD operations programs for retention and growth.
• Driving & supporting our culture of safety, compliance & ethics in all actions.
• Contributing to significant bid strategies, contract approvals & complex negotiations to optimize profitable retention & conversions.
• Developing & managing key performance indicators & operations budget.

Team Development

• Building & leading team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to grow capabilities.
• Partnering with branch & operations leadership to build bench strength & succession pipelines.
• Setting clear performance targets and objectives for the team, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback.

Service Excellence

• Analyzing operational data, CRM insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, manage efficient & effective delivery & forecast results.
• Partnering with regional teams to implement operational initiatives that improve performance.
• Using TKE tools, processes and systems to drive transparency, accountability & efficiency.

Customer & Market Engagement

• Building & maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Providing valuable insights to guide product & service development, pricing, and marketing efforts.

What do you bring:

• Proven senior leadership experience + 10-15 years operational elevator experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding safety and operational targets.
• Excellent leadership & team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract, grow & retain team members.
• Team player who can work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Understands various operating jurisdiction codes & requirements to maintain safe operations for elevators & escalators.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage big data for informed decision‑making.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Adaptability and agility to navigate a dynamic and competitive market.
• French language, an asset.
• Ability to travel as needed throughout Canada (~25%) and the U.S.
