We are seeking a Warehouse Manager in Dallas, TX, Head Office, to join our fast-growing company. As a warehouse manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing inventory, shipping daily orders, receiving returns, and all administrative operations. An ideal candidate must show initiative in assisting the company in all areas of daily business and must have at least 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods
· Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS)
· Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies (e.g., OSHA standards)
· Monitor and control warehouse budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
· Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance management
· Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
· Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
· Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities
· Handle escalations related to shipping delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies
Requirements
· Must have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
· Experience with inventory management software. Preferably NetSuite
· Physically capable of performing the essential duties of the job and lifting heavy objects up to 65lbs
· Ability to understand written and oral job instructions; Ability to follow all safety standards and policies
· Ability to multitask and assist the production team when required
· Ability to learn new computer systems
· Highly motivated and high-energy individuals with a positive outlook
· Maintain professional relationships with team members
· Must be a well-organized, focused, and self-starter
· Driver’s License required
Starting at:$65,000. 40+ hours a week.
Hours:-8AM-5PM
