Strathcona Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Web Developer to join our Regina-based team. This is an early-career role designed for recent graduates or developers with 0-2 years of experience who want to build strong full-stack fundamentals while contributing to production systems. You’ll work alongside senior developers, architects, and analysts to design, build, and refine scalable applications.
Over time, this role provides a clear pathway into broader solution development within our Microsoft Power Platform practice.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional or internship experience in web development
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks
- Experience working with Bootstrap or similar responsive UI frameworks
- Familiarity with backend development concepts (Node.js, C#, or similar)
- Experience consuming or building REST APIs and working with JSON
- Basic understanding of relational data structures and database concepts
- Familiarity with GIT and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and basic web security principles
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
- Eligibility to work in Canada and obtain Government of Canada personnel security screening clearance
Location and Work Environment
This role is based primarily in our Regina, Saskatchewan office to support hands‑on mentoring, collaboration, and professional development. You’ll work closely with experienced team members in‑office.
