WELL Health Engagement Specialist Role

Shape the future of primary care as a WELL Health Engagement Specialist in Ontario. Focus on empowering clinics by driving the adoption of innovative digital health technologies.

In this full-time role, you will be deeply engaged in daily clinic operations, managing a portfolio of approximately 22 practices. Your responsibilities will include executing go-lives for various digital health tools and ensuring these practices hit their key performance targets. Your skills in relationship management will be vital for fostering trust among physicians and support staff.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive digital transformation in assigned healthcare clinics • Oversee go-lives for healthcare technology tools • Be the main contact for your portfolio of clinics • Coordinate timelines for tool implementation and readiness • Educate clinic staff on optimal digital engagement workflows

Requirements: • 2–4 years in client-facing healthcare roles • Experience with Ontario primary care clinic operations • Strong ability to influence and build relationships • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills • Familiarity with health technology tools is a plus
