About the Role

We are looking for a talented 3D Architectural Modelling Artist with 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural modelling. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drawings, excellent modelling skills, and the ability to create accurate, clean, and optimized 3D models for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality and accurate 3D architectural models from CAD drawings, PDFs, and design references.
• Develop detailed models for residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use projects.
• Maintain clean topology and optimized geometry for production workflows.
• Collaborate with texturing, lighting, and rendering teams to deliver high-quality visual outputs.
• Ensure models meet project quality standards and timelines.
• Interpret architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain project files and adhere to company modelling standards.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in 3D Architectural Modelling.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Experience in modelling residential and commercial projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Corona Renderer or V-Ray workflow.
• Experience working on high-rise, villa, township, or commercial projects.
• Basic understanding of texturing and rendering workflows.
• Experience working in an architectural visualization (ArchViz) studio is highly preferred.
