Business Relation Manager/Account Manager/Property Management Qualification:A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in marketing, communications, or related fields.Fresh Graduate welcome to applyStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.Proficiency in both written and spoken English is advantageous. Key Responsibilities:Maintain a good relationship with property owners and hotel/property staff.Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards.Manage a portfolio of 30-40 properties.Build and manage relationships with key partners and properties.Liaise with internal departments to effectively manage properties.Analyze business performance and coordinate with property owners on long-term goals.Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs.Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.
