Job Summary:Responsible as the primary liaison between the client and the agency. The Account Manager will lead, plan, and manage the end-to-end execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns. This role requires high-level communication skills, negotiation, cross-departmental project management, and strong business acumen to maintain profitability and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:1. Client Relationship & SuccessAct as the daily Point of Contact (POC) for clients (Agency or direct client) Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, their marketing budget and target KPIs to provide proactive and relevant marketing solutions.Manage client expectations regarding timelines, budgets, deliverables and QC area and execution. 2. End-to-End Project ManagementLead the client briefing process and translate it into clear internal briefs for every campaign, do the internal brief with all PIC (IM Team, Production, Creative Team, Ad performance if any) for the first campaign started.
Put effort into delivering the client expectations related to the creative, production, and video draft including the QC process. Oversee the entire campaign cycle across various channels (OOH, Digital, Event, KOL, PR) to ensure execution aligns with the agreed Scope of Work (SOW) and timeline.Conduct Quality Control (QC) on all outputs (strategy, design, video, copy/articles) before they are submitted to the client and always be the first to inform client with consolidated feedback related to the QC area. We cannot make the client act as the QC for the videos, and the Account team shouldn't just be a messenger.
Accounts must review and check them first.Ensure the timeline stays on track with the campaign schedule, and proactively follow up with the client for their response in a polite and respectful manner.Prepare and submit reports on schedule (maximum 14 days) after the campaign ends), and make an effort to schedule a post-campaign presentation with the client3. Business Development & StrategyIdentify opportunities for upselling (increasing project value) or cross-selling (offering other agency services) to existing clients. The Account team must be able to identify opportunities and pitch additional services that the client genuinely needsCollaborate with the Strategy team to develop pitch decks and present creative ideas or proposals to clients4.
Financial & Administrative ManagementManage project administration, including the creation of Quotations, Work Orders (SPK), and coordinating with the Finance team for Invoice issuance. Include managing the payment schedule KOL with finance department Ensure every project maintains a healthy profitability margin in accordance with agency standards.Create comprehensive post-campaign reports in collaboration with the execution teams. Qualifications :Experience & Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience as an Account Manager, Client Service, or Senior Account Executive within an advertising, digital, or 360 marketing agency.Proven track record of successfully leading and executing medium to large-scale marketing campaigns from end-to-end.Industry Knowledge (Technical Skills):Strong and comprehensive understanding of the 360-degree marketing ecosystem (including OOH/Billboards, Digital Ads, Social Media, KOL/Influencer Management, PR, and Offline Events/Activations).Familiar with handling agency administrative documents such as Quotations, Scope of Work (SOW), Work Orders (SPK), and preparing Post-Campaign Reports.Ability to read, analyze, and present campaign metric data (such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI) to clients effectively.Interpersonal & Managerial Skills (Soft Skills):Gatekeeper Mentality: Highly detail and quality-oriented.
You are not just a "messenger" passing files between the internal team and the client; you must proactively conduct strict Quality Control (QC) on every output before it is delivered.Excellent Communicator & Negotiator: Outstanding persuasive communication skills (both verbal and written) in Indonesian and English.Diplomatic & Proactive: Capable of strictly maintaining campaign timelines with the ability to follow up and remind clients for their responses in a polite, professional, and non-pushy manner (giving a "gentle nudge").Business Acumen: Sharp business instincts. Able to understand the client's pain points, spot business opportunities, and proactively pitch (upsell/cross-sell) additional relevant agency services that the client actually needs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple accounts simultaneously (multitasking), and collaborate seamlessly with various internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Ads, and KOL).
