Position Summary

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Interactive Avenues as a Specialist. The Manager/Sr. Manager is responsible for managing an account smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

You should support and contribute to the strategic development of the account, and possess a strong understanding of the client’s business. You should bring innovation in creating the brands’ image and should be the key representative of Interactive Avenues.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Is responsible for all the deliverables from concept to final delivery as per the timelines set by the supervisor
• Is responsible for creating and delivering brand strategies and insights for brands
• Be the brand/category subject matter expert
• Assist in developing annual brand/client strategies and ensure delivery of the same
• Document, negotiate, and secure all contractual agreements and sign-offs with Clients
• Responsible for financial oversight of the account
• Be up to date on all the platforms and take up all necessary certifications
• Facilitation and participation in brainstorming meetings, reviewing budgets and schedules, creating overall vision/strategy, ensuring timely delivery of quality final proposal
• Capable to lead, present and sell effectively, build rapport among clients and internal constituencies
• Collaboration with other verticals to deliver client’s marketing objectives and ensure integrated, synergistic business approach

Skills

• Excellent command on English language (Spoken and Written)
• Ability to foster strong client relationships at various levels
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

Preferred - person who has worked on Entertainment,FMCG and Music domain.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate or PG in Marketing & Advertising
