Job Description
Position: Account Manager
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end client servicing across tech, UI/UX, product design, and development projects.
- Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Web, App Development, UI/UX, Martech, Analytics).
- Translate client goals into structured delivery plans and ensure seamless execution.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXOs and Founders.
- Handle escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
- Drive innovation, strategic initiatives, and digital growth for clients.
- Present insights, reports, roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across digital services.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in account management/client servicing within a tech, digital, or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of web/app development, UI/UX, and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes clients and complex situations.
- Data-driven mindset; exposure to Google Analytics would be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of branding, packaging services, paid media, SEO, and content is essential for this role.
- Experience managing retainer clients and collaborating across these service areas, in addition to the responsibilities outlined above, will be highly valued.
