Account Manager

• As we expand, we are looking for talented professionals to join our finance team and support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor reconciliation, and day-to-day accounting operations in a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment.

Job Description :

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Record and process vendor invoices, customer invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain cash transaction records.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely data entry.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve accounting-related issues.
