Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with fundamental knowledge in Accounting and FinanceHas experience working in Accounting/Finance; experience in Account Payable is a plusExperienced working in a corporate environment; startup experience is a plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelDetail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentPossess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with multiple stakeholdersAble to work both independently and as part of a teamHaving experience in managing a team is an advantageWilling to work onsite in West Jakarta

Responsibilities:Oversee daily Account Payable (AP) operations to ensure accuracy and timelinessEnsure accurate and timely processing of all transactions, including payments to vendorsMaintain and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentationDevelop and maintain close coordination with generating reports and providing analysis related to AP, including KOL reportsMonitor team performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectivenessProvide guidance, training, and support to team members to drive productivity and continuous improvementAssist in preparing data, reports, and insights required by management and other stakeholders
