Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the company’s complete accounting records, including ledger entries, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. • Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings. • Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants. • Oversee payroll processing and manage employee expense reimbursements. • Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies. • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes • Maintain employee records and attendance management • Oversee day-to-day operations related to accounts, procurement, and vendor management. • Manage vendor payments, contracts, and service agreements. • Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maintain smooth workflow. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. • Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally ad other software) • Familiarity with HR functions and labor law compliance • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills • High level of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness • Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional responsibilities • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,80,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
