Job Description
We are seeking Accounting Staff that will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations. This role will also assist in tax reporting, asset management, and audit processes, while working closely with internal teams and external consultants. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, preferably with exposure to taxationPossess Brevet A & B certificationProven experience in preparing and reporting SPT (Annual and Periodic Tax Returns)Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, and 4(2))Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting systemsHigh attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and good organizational skillsAble to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentGood communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines Job Descriptions:Perform verification and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial documents in accordance with company policiesMonitor and reconcile all bank transactions on a regular basisMaintain and update fixed asset records, including asset registration, depreciation, and disposalPrepare, review, and reconcile tax data, including Withholding Tax (Article 23, 4(2), 25, and Article 21 for non-employees) in compliance with applicable regulationsMaintain detailed schedules and supporting documents for asset and liability accountsAssist in the preparation of financial reports and ensure proper documentation for audit purposesSupport external audit processes and liaise with auditors and tax consultants as needed
